Kaleido pen
KALEIDO fountain pen is born from the idea of a fountain pen that is affordable, and stylish, yet can last for a lifetime. The model is greatly inspired by our tremendous appreciation towards years of encouragement and love from you - who share our love and interests in fountain pens.
Birth of the Queen Series
Two years have passed since the launch of Wancher's 10th-anniversary Kaleido fountain pen. During this period, we have received an outpouring of requests for a new model. In response to these requests, we are pleased to introduce the new Kaleido Queen Series.
The Queen Series features a slim, octagonal shape—a fearless yet graceful fountain pen without a clip. It is available in three models: "Deep Mountain Spring," "Suiten," and "Sunset."
The colors of the light belt created by nature:
There is nothing more beautiful than a fleeting landscape created by nature. For example, the gradation of light and color on the horizon. The ever-changing colors of the sky as the sun rises, the "Venus Belt" of mysterious hues of light before and after the setting sun, and the lingering hues of the horizon after the sun has set. And even when the sky is unbroken and cloudy, if you stare intently, there is always a moment when sunlight shines through the clouds.
Kaleido Queen is born with the intent of capturing the moment when the sky changes from cloudy to sunny, expressed in a fountain pen. Please pick one up and take a look. We are sure that the sunshine will spread in the hearts of those who use this fountain pen.
Fine particle polishing technology
The octagonal-shaped Kaleido Queen uses the same manufacturing process as the first edition, 12-edge Kaleido fountain pen. However, to express the atmosphere of "a momentary landscape created by nature" with an octagonal pen, a high level of technical skill is required. Acrylic resin with multiple layers of color is carefully hand-cut and polished to a mirror-like surface resulting in a smooth edge that is smooth to the touch. The surface polished to a fine particle level reflects light in a straight line, resembling the surface of a still lake. The reflections and the stripe gradient color of the laminated resin blend together to create a fascinating texture.
The colors and brilliance metamorphose like the wings of an iridescent insect depending on the angle of the light hitting it. The way the colors blend together mirrors the light flowing through a fountain pen, with particles of various colors.

Sunset Glow (Yuuyake)
The "Venus Belt", an ash-pink gradation that appears in the sky on the opposite side of the sun before sunrise or just after sunset. The fantastic belt of light is made into a fountain pen with careful craftsmanship.
Embracing the Golden Ratio for Beauty and Comfort
The new Kaleido Queen series meticulously adheres to the golden ratio, with the length of the barrel and cap harmoniously designed at 1:1.618. This exquisite balance, derived from the Fibonacci sequence, is the key to the pen's aesthetic allure.
This slight length of the grip, expands freedom of finger position, creating a comfortable fit in the hand, and brings out the best in writing comfort. In addition, it makes the fingers look longer and more beautiful when holding the pen.

CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX CHARGES
All Wancher products are shipped from Japan and will be declared at the actual value of your order. Please be noticed that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reached the destination country. We will not be responsible for any customs and import fees charged.
Since customs duty varies from country to country, the customs and import fee might be different depending on your shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.
If your parcel is returned to us because you fail to pay the customs duty, you can choose to have it reshipped (and pay for the shipping again) or cancel the whole order. For the latter option, we can refund your purchased products except for the shipping fee.

Your WANCHER® writing instrument has been manufactured with scrupulous workmanship and finest quality materials. Our production method includes numerous quality controls applied to every step of the creation of the product. The strict quality control ensures that the product you have chosen will be as functional as it is beautiful.
Your WANCHER® writing instrument is guaranteed for one year from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship*.
If found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, your WANCHER® product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
*Items must be returned before proceeding with any repair, replacement or refund.
*Products priced under $100 is not eligible for warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
-Routine maintenance or damage resulting from the failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions provided by WANCHER
-Ordinary wear and tear arising from use of the product, or damage caused from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized service and the use of refills or inks which doesn’t meet the instruction.
-The variations in texture and/or color of some certain natural materials, such as: wood, Ebonite, coating, lacquer, etc. These are not defects, but rather natural attributes which bring beauty and uniqueness to each product.

LEATHER GOODS
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, leather goods are protected from the original date of purchase by a six-month limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the leather good proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective leather goods will not be returned to customer.
The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your handbag or small leather item.
Conditions and Exclusions:
-The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Wancher Inc.

Free Returns and Exchanges
Wancher is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange any Wancher products purchased on the website for up to 30 days following delivery.
Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
In case that the return product is not a damaged or defective item and/or because of personal reasons/preferences, we will deduct the original shipping fee and 10% re-stocking fee from the refund payment.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
-Product must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with the Wancher original box or package, including all accessories and documents (if applicable). Wancher will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
-Personalized products cannot returned to Wancher for exchange or refund.
-Writing instruments that have been inked, as well as bottles and refills that have been opened, cannot be returned to Wancher.
-If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products unless you receive different instruction from our representatives.
-All returns will be subject to strict quality control by Wancher to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet the quality control standards, Wancher will refuse the return, and send back the products to the customer or recipient after informing the customer about the case. If the returned product satisfies the quality control standards, Wancher will process the applicable refund or exchange as soon as possible.

- All writing samples in our Nib comparison are tested with Plastic feed. The Ebonite feed will have a wetter ink flow and a more consistent line width.
Compared to Jowo Stainless Steel, Wancher 18K Gold/ 21K Gold/Wancher Stainless Steel/Shizuku Glass Nib has a finer writing point, with a comparatively one-size smaller line width than Jowo or other European nibs.
