Loyalty Program is a Wancher point system that helps you earn great rewards after completing your purchase or reaching a specific milestone on our website. From beginning to post-purchase, every order means an opportunity to unlock your rewards, yet the path to points goes beyond that.

LIMITED TIME OFFER
Every last day of the month, the point system rate for <Make a Purchase> will be tenfold. In other words, with every 1 USD purchased, you will get 10 points instead of one, only on this day.
The valid period will start from 0:00 AM to 11:59 PM of the last day of the month PDT Time
(4:00 PM of the 28th/30th/31st to 3:59 PM of the 1st of next month JST)

GUIDELINES
1. How can I participate?
To enter the program, you simply need to create an account on our website by:
- Click the <Sign Up> symbol on the top right of our page, or
- Click the <Create an Account> button in the<Earn Rewards> tab near the bottom left of the page
2. How do I earn points?
You can get rewards by completing the listed activities on the rewards tab including: Create an account/ Leave a Review/ Happy birthday/ Make a purchase/ and Refer a friend.
Click on the "Earn Rewards" -> "Earn Points" tab to view and join our current activities. Also, make sure to check frequently, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!
Please note that all activities must be completed by using the same account and email address.

Happy Birthday reward
*You can register your birthday one time only. If you want to change the date, please kindly send us a message.
*The birthday rewards are transferred to your account within 24 hours.
Review Reward
*For the review section, please do not use obscene or offensive language.
*Besides leaving direct reviews on the website, you might receive an automatic review request email after your order is shipped out. The review will be published and points will be added to your account within a few minutes.
By submitting the review, you are agree to allow us to use your review across our official channels (online and offline) for marketing purposes.
3. What are Wancher rewards in return?
We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points.
Head to the <Get Rewards> tab to view all of our exciting reward options.
*For each reward, there is a specific point requirement. For example, to unlock $5 each time, you need to earn at least 500 points; $10 needs 1000 points, and so on.
IMPORTANT NOTE 🖋
Coupon rewards only last for 5 months after redemption; they cannot be used after expiration.
For the <Refer Friends> discount, the referred person can use the deal for two weeks from the date they receive the code.
