Your orders will be shipped using Japan Post (Standard Shipping) or DHL (Express) with some exceptions. See next section for explanation of the exceptions.

Please note that the shipping fee is calculated based on the destination country, and it does not include any customs, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be charged by the destination country's respective Customs Bureau. For more information, please see our Warranty & Return Policy.

* As of August 27, 2025, Japan Post has suspended shipments to the United States of America. This means that Standard Shipping will not be an available option for orders bound for the US. This will be updated if and when Japan Post resumes shipments to the United States.

Due to extenuating circumstances out of our control, the shipping fees for the following countries will be 35 USD, and your package will be shipped via Express Shipping by default:

Note: In special situations, UPS or Japan Post EMS may be utilized instead of UPS for Express Shipping. This will normally be done because the estimated date of delivery given by DHL was longer than the average, or the delivery cost is much higher than usual.

1. Handling time for orders of items currently in stock are 3-5 Business Days. Please note that we are unable to provide international shipments on weekends and national holidays (unless otherwise announced).
* For orders with pens involving specialty accessories such as nibs, your order may take longer to prepare, but this varies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@wancher.com with your Order Number to inquire about the estimated fulfillment time for your specific order.

2. Delivery time varies by destination and the type of shipping selected at checkout.

3. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. The expected shipping date for pre-order items will differ from currently available items. Please refer to product page / collection page or our notification email for estimated date of fulfillment for your pre-order.

*If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you will be contacted by a Wancher Customer Service representative to inquire if you would like the in-stock item to be shipped ahead of the pre-order item.

All Wancher products are shipped from Japan and will be declared at the actual value of your order. Please note that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reaches the destination country. Wancher is not responsible for any customs, import, brokerage, or tax fees of your region.

Since customs duty varies from country to country, the customs and import fee might be different depending on your shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.
