At checkout, you will be able to select your shipping method. If your total order value is below 85 USD, you will be able to select Standard Shipping via Japan Post (10-25 Business Days) with some exceptions, or you can choose between UPS, DHL, or Japan Post EMS for Express Shipping. See next section for explanation of the exceptions.

Regarding Standard Shipping: As of Jan. 1, 2026, Japan Post has discontinued tracking services for all Standard Shipping packages. If you select Standard Shipping for your order, please be aware that there will be no tracking provided for your order.

Please note that the shipping fee is calculated based on the destination country, and it does not include any customs, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be charged by the destination country's respective Customs Bureau. For more information, please see our Warranty & Return Policy.

* As of August 27, 2025, Japan Post has suspended shipments to the United States of America. This means that Standard Shipping will not be an available option for orders bound for the US. This will be updated if and when Japan Post resumes shipments to the United States.

Japan Post EMS is notable for its minimal tracking updates, and it rarely charges courier or brokerage fees. However, as with any other courier service, the customer will still be responsible for paying all fees, such as taxes, tariffs, or other related fees.

Note: In special situations, UPS or Japan Post EMS may be utilized instead of DHL for Express Shipping. This will normally be done because the estimated date of delivery given by DHL was longer than the average.

1. Handling time for orders of items currently in stock are 3-5 Business Days. Please note that we are unable to provide international shipments on weekends and national holidays (unless otherwise announced).

All Wancher products are shipped from Japan and will be declared at the actual value of your order. Please note that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reaches the destination country. Wancher is not responsible for any customs, import, brokerage, or tax fees of your region.

Since customs duty varies from country to country, the customs and import fee might be different depending on your shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.
