Urushi Week 2026!

Happy Urushi Week!

For the enthusiasts who are new to our brand, we love to celebrate Urushi Day. In fact, we love it so much that we extend it to a week full of celebration for our favorite art form. This year is no exception. From November 13 to November 20, several handcrafted Urushi fountain pens will be available with a 10% discount.

This means everything from the one-and-only of its kind Sekai Urushi-e Fountain Pen to a Kyoto Urushi Kasane-iro Ume and even the eyewateringly gorgeous Yakumo-nuri Byakudan Fountain Pen can be added to your collection at significantly lower prices than ever before.

Urushi Day was created to honor this traditional art, and in many ways, fountain pens created using Urushi are one of the greatest ways to enjoy and experience Urushi. Let's experience the wonders of Urushi together for the next week together!

  • Urushi Week is valid only from November 13, 5 PM JST to November 20, 5 PM JST
  • The discounts are not applicable to any nibs or accessories
  • Please note that discounts cannot be combined with the Urushi Week discount
