Other than that, the pen works perfectly well in terms of writing and overall, we believe this is still a great fountain pen and worthy of a place in your collection.  Though this item is not eligible for free return and exchange, we are happy to service the pen for you at a reasonable cost in case of any damages in the future. You can see a nick on the cap and a nick on the lower section of the pen's body. (See picture below)

Under inspection of a bright LED lamp, you will see streaks which reveal that the black color is uneven. This is not visible unless inspected using the aforementioned bright LED lamp.

There is a small nick near the clip on the cap, and a noticeable scratch on the lower part of the pen's body.

However, due to its complexity in production, it was later abandoned by most manufacturers in favor of various plastics, which were easier to work with.
