TESTIMONIALS
Dream Pen

A true Ebonite fountain pen with true values of Japanese traditional arts.

With a great fountain pen, you can write many beautiful things and amazing ideas. And from there, many good things are believed to come.

We hope that with our Dream Pen, many dreams will be written about and become true.

True Ebonite

Ebonite is a great material made from natural rubber with a durable, warm, and luxurious feel for handwriting. Ebonite was originally used to make fountain pens in the early 20th century. However, due to its complexity in production, it was later abandoned by most manufacturers in favor of various plastics, which were easier to work with.

Today, as a homage to traditional pen manufacturing, we are honored to restore Ebonite as the material of all of our pens.

The True Ebonite fountain pen is a combination of vintage materials and minimal design. Our Ebonite is crafted into your fountain pen with the highest precision. Hold your True Ebonite fountain pen and feel the best quality in material for writing instruments.

Good

"The ebonite and the Keiryu nib are both excellent. The nib is well-suited for writing Kanji, and I find it easier use than the Naginata Togi. nib. The only dissatisfaction is that the grip area is very rough; holding it too tightly makes my fingers uncomfortable. The grip area on your Urushi pen I bought before was more smooth."

True Ebonite Marble Blue with no marbling effects

"I ordered 6 pens from WANCHER including the True Ebonite Marble Blue fountain pen all with18KT gold nibs. The pen is a wonderful looking pen and feels good in my hand although I have not inked it yet. I was surprised to see that the version I received looks almost black or dark blue and hardly any marbling effects are available on my pen. Normally I would return the pen for an exchange, but the order process, delivery time, and customs costs makes this a prohibitive option for me. I am sure this is a good pen, but I find it hard to remedy an issues after custom charges are paid and return shipping is outrageously expensive. I wish WANCHER address some of these issues and offer a way to exchange pens for legitimate design or functionality reasons. Pen enthusiasts need both quick delivery and mediation. DO this right and you will have loyal customers for a long time."
