HANDLING TIME

1. Handling time for orders with in-stock items is 3-5 business days.
* NOTICE: HANDLING TIME FOR ORDERS WITH 18K GOLD NIBS IS UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
* For return and service cases, the repairing time for Wancher 18K Gold Nibs is up to 3~4 business weeks.

2. Delivery time varies by destination. It might also be prolonged upon special request of customization.

3. Orders which are placed during weekend or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. The expected shipping date for pre-order items will be different from the normal orders of in-stock items. Please refer to product page or our notification email for a shipping update of your pre-order.
*If your cart contain both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment will depend on the estimated delivery date of pre-order item. For separate shipment, please contact us for further assistance.

CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX CHARGES

All Wancher products are shipped from Japan and will be declared at the actual value of your order. Please be noticed that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reached the destination country. We will not be responsible for any customs and import fees charged.

Since customs duty varies from country to country, the customs and import fee might be different depending on your shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.

If your parcel is returned to us because you fail to pay the customs duty, you can choose to have it reshipped (and pay for the shipping again) or cancel the whole order. For the latter option, we can refund your purchased products except for the shipping fee.

STATIONERY & WRITING INSTRUMENTS

Your WANCHER® writing instrument has been manufactured with scrupulous workmanship and finest quality materials. Our production method includes numerous quality controls applied to every step of the creation of the product. The strict quality control ensures that the product you have chosen will be as functional as it is beautiful.
Your WANCHER® writing instrument is guaranteed for one year from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship*.
If found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, your WANCHER® product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

*Items must be returned before proceeding with any repair, replacement or refund.

*Products priced under $100 is not eligible for warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

-Routine maintenance or damage resulting from the failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions provided by WANCHER

-Ordinary wear and tear arising from use of the product, or damage caused from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized service and the use of refills or inks which doesn’t meet the instruction.

-The variations in texture and/or color of some certain natural materials, such as: wood, Ebonite, coating, lacquer, etc. These are not defects, but rather natural attributes which bring beauty and uniqueness to each product.

If you have purchased your Wancher® product from a retailer and feel the item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact your retailer and return them to the place of purchase.

LEATHER GOODS

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, leather goods are protected from the original date of purchase by a six-month limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the leather good proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective leather goods will not be returned to customer.

The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your handbag or small leather item.

Conditions and Exclusions:

-The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Wancher Inc.
-If you have purchased your Wancher® product from a retailer and feel the item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact your retailer and return them to the place of purchase.
-Wancher Inc. does not offer a guarantee or repair service on merchandise purchased from an off-priced retailer or unauthorized retailer.

Free Returns and Exchanges

Wancher is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange any Wancher products purchased on the website for up to 30 days following delivery.

Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

In case that the return product is not a damaged or defective item and/or because of personal reasons/preferences, we will deduct the original shipping fee and 10% re-stocking fee from the refund payment.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

-Product must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with the Wancher original box or package, including all accessories and documents (if applicable). Wancher will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

-Personalized products cannot returned to Wancher for exchange or refund.

-Writing instruments that have been inked, as well as bottles and refills that have been opened, cannot be returned to Wancher.

-If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products unless you receive different instruction from our representatives.

-All returns will be subject to strict quality control by Wancher to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet the quality control standards, Wancher will refuse the return, and send back the products to the customer or recipient after informing the customer about the case. If the returned product satisfies the quality control standards, Wancher will process the applicable refund or exchange as soon as possible.

-Product is not from AS IS Sale collection

- All writing samples in our Nib comparison are tested with Plastic feed. The Ebonite feed will have a wetter ink flow and a more consistent line width.

- Compared to Jowo Stainless Steel, Wancher 18K Gold and 21K Gold has a finer writing point, with a comparatively one-size smaller line width than Jowo or other European nibs.

Jowo Stainless Steel 

From April 2022, the design of Jowo Stainless Steel Nib will be gradually altered, yet there will be no change with the Wancher logo on all nibs.

Sunset Matama Stainless Steel is Wancher in-house Semi-flex Hard nib with Japanese Fine size.
