The FLUX Fountain Pen was designed with user comfort and ease of use at the forefront of our priorities. This meant developing a unique, slightly triangular shape that could fit comfortably in the crook of our hand, and a grip section that enables every writer the ability to shift the angle of their nib. With the option to rotate the angle of your nib counter clockwise, thus shifting the entire pen's weight to another side. You can mold the FLUX to your liking, creating an altogether new writing experience.

Comfort and Beauty

The grip section is finished with a soft golden sheen and accented by a thin fluted ring at its base, visually separating it from the blue body. This detail adds depth and elegance, subtly inspired by the engraved motifs found on medieval crowns.

The pen features a vibrant blue body layered with subtle variations of blue and hints of black, creating a texture reminiscent of natural tree bark while maintaining a perfectly smooth finish. Each piece presents an organic pattern that cannot be replicated.

The flat bottom design allows the pen to stand upright on a desk, or rest securely on its wider side when placed horizontally, eliminating the need for a roll stopper. FLUX is designed to remove barriers between thought and writing, inviting you to pick it up and begin without hesitation.

Sustainable Excellence

For years, Wancher has experimented with different materials in order to increase not only the durability of a pen, but also its inherent sustainability. After being designated an SDG (sustainable developmental goal) company in 2022, we have reinforced our committment to sustainable practices, which is why each FLUX Fountain Pen is crafted from recycled cotton. Upcycling took several years, yet it is worth it, if it means reducing waste even slightly.

This is why we are taking it one step further by offering RE:FLUX.RE:FLUX means that if at any point you decide you no longer want the FLUX Fountain Pen in your collection, all you have to do is contact us at info@wancher.com, and we will facilitate the return of the pen to our headquarters in Japan completely free of charge.

Be it in 5 years or even 10 years, you can send it back to us, and not only will you be reducing potential waste in the environment, but you may just be contributing to the creation of a new pen further down the line.
