Text Size, Font, etc.

• Text Size: Uppercase letters are 2.8mm tall. The width of the characters varies depending on the letter.
• Character Spacing: Fixed at 0.6mm.
• Font: Only one block font is available, which includes uppercase and lowercase letters (as shown in the sample).
• Engraving Position: Fixed at 6.5mm from the left edge of the cap. The end position depends on the number of characters and their width.
• Maximum Characters: Up to 8 characters (Engraving width is approximately 15mm).
• Maximum Lines: 1 line only (The sample in the photo shows 2 lines, but engraving is limited to 1 line).

Regarding the Thickness of the Text

• The depth of the engraving groove is adjusted visually. Because of this, there may be slight variations in the thickness of the text due to differences in how deep the blade cuts. Please refer to the range shown in the sample on the left.
• Additionally, the cap itself may have a slight tilt (in the photo, the right side appears thinner).
• Since the depth of the blade varies, the thickness of the letters may also vary if there are many characters.
